Return and Refund Policy

Due to the limited availability & our items being made to order please refer to the size charts for each item in order to ensure you have selected the correct size.

If there is a problem with your order/item please email nicepeopleofthenorthshore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item to notify us of any dissatisfaction with your order.

NO EXCHANGES. RETURN FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Once your return has been approved, you will have an additional 7 days to get the item back to us.

Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer. You will be refunded for the item value only once the return has made it back to us in its original condition and you will not be refunded any shipping costs spent on the order originally. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will not not receive a refund for your return.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF CLOTHING HAS BEEN WASHED OR WORN.
